Estate Services.

We offer in home estate sale services including initial consultation.  At this time we charge a 35% commission fee.  This includes partial or full estate liquidation. 

We offer pricing, full organization and staffing of the sale.  We also offer more extensive services in preparing your home for resale.

 We also offer consignment for antique furniture, china, crystal, silver, art and collectables.  We currently charge a 50% commission rate. 

We will consign your items for three months at full price.  If your items have not sold by the end of three months, we will either reduce the price or return it to you. 

If your items are to sell, the statement will be sent out by the 7th of the new month.
